Pretty In Pink

Pretty in Pink is a vibrant and refreshing drink that combines the smooth sweetness of Blush Rhubarb pink gin with the delicious freshness and great aromatic finesse of Lillet Rosé. Elderflower, Orange and Thyme combine for a complex sweet, tart and a herby delight.

INGREDIENTS

30mls Blush Rhubarb Gin
30mls Lillet Rosé
30mls Fresh Orange & Thyme Syrup
Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic

METHOD

• Combine Blush Rhubarb Gin, Lillet Rosé & Fresh Orange & Thyme Syrup in a glass
• Fill glass with crushed ice, then top with tonic.
