Cocktail Hour: French 75

FRENCH 75
The French 75 is a beautifully elegant refreshingly citrusy cocktail that would be perfect to serve up at an engagement party or even a signature cocktail for a wedding!

 

INGREDIENTS
15mL Lemon Juice
30mL Delightful Dry Gin
5mL Sugar syrup

 

METHOD
Half fill your Champagne flute with Cloudy Bay Pelorus Brut.
In an ice filled mixing glass,
add lemon juice, sugar syrup and Delightful Dry Gin and stir until chilled.
Strain lemon and Delightful Dry Gin mix into the half-filled Champagne flute
Top up with Cloudy Bay Pelorus Brut.
