INGREDIENTS
15mL Lemon Juice
30mL Delightful Dry Gin
5mL Sugar syrup
METHOD
Half fill your Champagne flute with Cloudy Bay Pelorus Brut.
In an ice filled mixing glass,
add lemon juice, sugar syrup and Delightful Dry Gin and stir until chilled.
Strain lemon and Delightful Dry Gin mix into the half-filled Champagne flute
Top up with Cloudy Bay Pelorus Brut.
