Cocktail Hour: Citrus Aperol Spritz

If you love an Aperol Spritz, you’re sure to love this twist on the classic cocktail. Perfect for a Summer Celebration!

 

Ingredients

Aperol (60ml)
Orange Juice (30ml)
Prosecco
Ginger Ale
Ice

 

Method

To your shaker add:Aperol and Orange Juice, and shake
Add Ice to glass
Pour into wine glass, top up with half Ginger Ale and then top the rest up with Prosecco.
Garnish with a Orange Slice
