Cocktail Hour: Pineapple Martini

Refreshing, delicious, easy to make and ready to impress. Fall in love with your new favourite Summer drink, a Pineapple Martini!

 

Ingredients

Vodka (90ml)
Triple Sec (60ml)
Lime Juice (30ml)
Pineapple Juice
Ice
Lemon wedge
Salt or Sugar

 

Method

Run your lemon wedge around the rim of the cocktail glass. Then tip your glass upside down into the salt or sugar (Depending if you would prefer sweet or salty) and set aside until ready to pour the drink.

To your shaker add: Vodka, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice and Ice.
Shake your shaker until it’s too cold to hold.

Pour into your cocktail glass and enjoy!
