Cocktail Hour: Thyme for a Fiesta

The perfect refreshing but not too sweet cocktail has arrived for your Summer celebration!

 

Ingredients
Tequila (60ml)
Cointreau (30ml)
Lime Juice (30 ml)
Fresh Thyme
Ginger Ale
Ice

 

Garnish:
Fresh Thyme

 

Method

Into a shaker add Tequila, Cointreau, Lime Juice and a stalk of fresh Thyme. Pop the lid on and give it a light shake.
Strain mixture over ice into a glass.
Top up with a Ginger Ale and add fresh stalk of Thyme to garnish.
