Ingredients:
Ice
45ml Vodka
25ml Blackcurrent Juice
25ml Lime Juice
Ginger Beer filled to the top 
Lime wedge of mint to garnish

 

Method:
Add ice to your glass, then add in the Vodka, Blackcurrant Juice, Lime Juice and wedge of Lime (optional) stir it together and garnish with mint leaves and mix all together.

 

Now, enjoy!
