In a flat plate, dip your glass in simple syrup so it covers the entire rim, shake off any drips and dip it directly place your glass upside down in the salt (on a flat plate also) and leave it to the side while you make your drink mixture.

Into a shaker add Ice, Tequila, Blue Curacao, Lime Juice and Simple Syrup – pop the lid back on and shake.

Take your glass and flip it the right way around, add the drink mixture to the glass.

Add either a wedge of lime or some fresh time to the side to garnish
