Cocktail Hour: Cosmopolitan

Indulge in a sophisticated and refreshing summer beverage that’s not only easy to make but also perfect for quenching your thirst on those warm days.

 

Ingredients

Cointreau (30ml)
Cranberry Juice (30ml)
Lime Juice (30ml)
Vodka (60ml)
Ice

 

Garnish

Strawberries
Bamboo Skewer

 

Method

Into a sharker (with the lid off) pour in the Ice, Vodka, Cointreau, Cranberry Juice and Lime Juice. Stir or shake drink mixture until all mixed together and the shaker is cold.

 

Garnish

Take a strawberry and cut it in half.
Cut a “V” shape into the top of each half of the strawberry which will leave you with a heart shape.
Take the Bamboo Skewer and pull it through the middle of the heart shaped strawberry to garnish.
