Frozen Berry Margarita
Frozen treat for the warmer days ahead. Perfect to cheers in the sun over an engagement celebration at an engagement party or just to toast love.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Fresh Lime Juice
100ml Tequila
50ml Tripple Sec
1 Handful of mixed berries
½ a bunch of fresh mint
Ice
METHOD
• Pour Lime into a blender
• Pour Tequila and triple sec into the blender
• Add in the frozen berries and a handful of ice
• Add in 2 – 3 mint leaves
• Pop on the lid and blend
• Pour into martini glass and garnish with a pinch of mint and serve
