This cocktail combines smooth flavors with a lovely colour making a classy drink, ideal for a black-tie celebration!
Ingredients
1 oz Bacardi rum
1/2 oz Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
1 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice (fresh)
1/2 oz Wild Manuka tonic
Ginger ale (to top)
Ice
Lemon twist (for garnish)
1/2 oz Cointreau (or Triple Sec)

Directions:
In a shaker, combine the Bacardi rum, Cointreau, pineapple juice, and lemon juice with ice.
Shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or a coupe glass.
Add the Wild Manuka tonic for a hint of botanical flavor.
Top with ginger ale for a fizzy finish.
Stir gently, and garnish with a lemon twist, peel or wedge.
