If you’re looking for the perfect Christmas themed cocktail for a celebration this season, try a Jack Frost Cocktail. It’s the perfect blend of coconut and pineapple and always brings joy and celebration along to any occasion.
INGREDIENTS
Blue Curacao (60ml)
Vodka (60ml)
Simple Syrup (Dash)
Pineapple Juice (90ml)
Coconut Cream (90ml)
Desiccated Coconut (to garnish)
Coconut Cream (90ml)
Desiccated Coconut (to garnish)
METHOD
Rim your glass in simple syrup then in desiccated coconut and set aside.
To your Blender add: Ice, Vodka, Blue Curacao, Simple Syrup, Pineapple Juice and Coconut Cream.
Blend together
Pour into cocktail glass and enjoy
(You can also sprinkle some more Desiccated Coconut on top to garnish)
