INGREDIENTS
METHOD
• Cut Limes in halves and squeeze out the juice into a bowl
• Remove all the inside pulp from the Lime so the skins are pulp free (can use scissors for this)
• Add Lime Juice to ½ a cup of heated Simple Syrup
• Add in Lime Jelly Crystals
• Add in ½ a cup of Tequila or Rum
• Add ⅓ a cup of Triple Sec
• Stir until mixture is clear / non foggy
• Pour into Lime Halves
• Set in Fridge for 3-4 hours
• Cut Limes in quarters
• Add Salt and Mint to garnish
