Cocktail Hour: Melon Sour

Toast to love with a refreshing melon sour – because every love story needs a twist!
All you need is a Champagne Flute, Orange Juice, Champagne or Prosecco and some fruit of your choice to garnish!
INGREDIENTS
50ml Midori
50ml Vodka
50ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Ice
GARNISH
Lemon Wedge
Lime Jelly Crystals
METHOD
• Rim the glass by using the juice from the lemon wedge, cut a split in the wedge and run it around the top of the cocktail glass. Twirl/dip the top of the cocktail glass in Lime Jelly Crystals
• Add Midori, Vodka, Lemon Juice and an Egg White to a shaker and shake.
• Add Ice to the shaker and shake some more until it’s too cold to hold and you can see some foam in the shaker.
• Pour into the glass
