Welcome to cocktail hour, where we share creative and delicious recipes for your signature drinks!
Raspberry Champagne Float
Serve this pretty pink drink while you’re getting ready with your girls, or wow your guests during cocktail hour.
This fruity fizzy float is great with strawberry or lime sorbet too!
INGREDIENTS
*Makes 6 drinks
1 bottle chilled Brut Champagne or other sparkling wine
½ litre Raspberry sorbet
180ml Chambord liquor
Fresh raspberries to garnish
METHOD
• Add 30ml of Chambord liquor to each glass.
• Place 2-3 mini scoops of sorbet in each glass.
• Fill each glass with champagne.
• Garnish with fresh raspberries.
