INGREDIENTS

120ml Pineapple juice
45ml Vodka
15ml Simple syrup
15ml Lemon juice
15ml Midori
Store-bought or homemade vanilla frosting
Red sugar crystals

METHOD

• Rim edge of glass with vanilla frosting and red sugar crystals.
• Fill the glass with ice, pour in all liquids, and stir.
