Cocktail Hour: The Tipsy Mermaid

Make a splash at your next soirée with this vibrant, tropical delight – equal parts enchanting and indulgent.

 

Ingredients:
2 shots Midori (melon liqueur)
2 shots white rum
Pineapple juice (to top)
2 shots Blue Curaçao
Ice

 

Method:
Fill a highball or hurricane glass with ice.
Pour in the Midori and white rum, then top generously with pineapple juice. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon to combine.
Using the back of a tablespoon, slowly pour the Blue Curaçao down the inside of the glass to create a cascading, ocean-blue effect.

 

Garnish with a straw, and sip your way into paradise.
