Fable Terrace Downs Resort offers four main event spaces to suit any gathering, from intimate affairs to grand celebrations. The Gorge, our most preferred ceremony site, features vistas of Mt Hutt, the Rakaia Gorge, the grand stone and timber Clubhouse, and an 18-hole golf course. The 4th Hole provides a shaded, intimate setting on the golf course, perfect for warmer months. The Café, with its outdoor patio, chandelier, and stone fireplace, doubles as an indoor ceremony and reception site for smaller weddings. Additionally, the Heli Pad offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, with a convenient location for guests to enjoy a scenic walk back to the clubhouse for the reception.
Our wedding packages include exclusive use of the ceremony location, an onsite coordinator, white linen, chiavari chairs, tables, microphone and speaker, full setup and pack down, access for wedding photos, all necessary glassware and serve ware, gift and cake tables, venue cleaning, special accommodation rates for your guests, and a complimentary wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom in a Premium Villa.
