The Tannery offers a year round wedding venue in Christchurch, for both wedding ceremonies and receptions. There are a variety of venue locations within The Tannery, giving you the flexibility to choose what will suit your wedding style, size and budget.

Offering exclusive in-house catering for your wedding, our chefs will create a gourmet wedding feast expertly matched with Cassels Brewing Co craft beers and local wines. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated.

The Tannery’s event management team will coordinate a seamless event. Our goal is to take the stress out of your wedding day, so that you can focus on what truly matters – your day, your way.

Before submitting your wedding, please read and acknowledge our guidelines.

All images and videos are to be provided via Dropbox, CD or Flashdrive.

We love to see a wide selection of content and details that tell the story of your wedding day.

All content must be original and has not been published elsewhere.

Couples must have photographers permission to share all content with us prior to your submission and vice versa.

Please include the websites and social media handles of your vendors so we can credit their contributions

If you wish to send us your images/videos in the form of a CD or Flashdrive via courier, please ensure this is a copy that we can keep. Our physical address is as follows:
