The brand’s first bridal collection ‘Heirloom’ is designed to be passed on for generations. With the bridal collection, the designer wanted to create pieces for a new generation who have a desire to create their own heirlooms while they take this big step into the next chapter of their lives.
This meticulously created collection consist of varying styles. To create pieces that are worthy of becoming heirlooms, the designer went back to the 1920s and then forward to the style of today. Researching the iconic creations of the maestros of millinery to salute their artistry and craftmanship. Merve Bayindir wanted to create pieces in their honour, so they could establish pieces worthy of becoming heirlooms.
Every detail of each hat is loving hand-made, from flowers to embroidery and bows. Heirloom is an infusion of modern materials with old techniques. The detailing on each hat has been carefully conceptualised and crafted with love and patience. The stunning simplicity of each piece is the result of meticulously deliberated intricate detailing and craftsmanship.
