Cocktail Hour: Pink Gin Fizz
Bubbling Pink Elegance for a Joyous Celebration 
Easy to make and even easier to drink.
This recipe serves x2 drinks but you can easily double or triple the recipe, depending on how big the gathering is.
INGREDIENTS
Pink Gin
Lemon Juice
Soda Water
Simple Syrup
Ice
Berries (Optional, for garnishing)
Mint (Optional, for garnishing)
METHOD
Add to shaker:
• 2 shots of Pink Gin
• 1 shot of Lemon Juice
• 1 shot of Simple Syrup
• Shake up
Add Ice to a glass
Top with Berries
Pour the Pink Gin Fizz
Top the glass up with Soda Water
Add a bit of Mint to garnish
And enjoy!
