Cocktail Hour: Frozen Margarita
Classic, classy and a crowd favorite perfect for a black tie event and always a talking point
Ingredients
Tequila (60ml)
Lime Juice (60ml)
Triple Sec (30 ml)
Simple Syrup (1 x tspn)
Ice (1 cup)
Lime (x1)
Salt
Lime Juice (60ml)
Triple Sec (30 ml)
Simple Syrup (1 x tspn)
Ice (1 cup)
Lime (x1)

Method
Into a blender add, Ice, Tequila, Triple Sec, Lime Juice and Simple Syrup.
Blend until you’re happy with the consistency.
Rim the top of your glass with a wedge of lime. Then flip your glass upside down into the salt until the top of the glass has a coat of salt stuck to it.
Flip it back to the right side up, add the slushy mixture and garnish with a slice of lime.
