Saturday evenings call for an Aperol Spritz. The perfect blend of bitter and bubbly to unwind.
INGREDIENTS
1 Scoops of Ice
3 Shots or 75 ml – Double Shot of Champaign or Prosecco
50 ml – Double shot of Aperol
25 ml – Single shot of Soda or Lemonade
METHOD
• Place ice at the bottom of your glass.
• 3,2,1
3 shots of bubbles (Champaign or Prosecco),
2 shots of Aperol,
1 Shot of Lemonade or Soda Water (feel free to add more to top the glass up).
• Garnish with half a slice of Orange.
