Take your taste buds out-of-this-world with a cosmonaut cocktail! 🚀✨

INGREDIENTS

50ml Gin
50ml Lemon Cordial
2/3 Tablespoons of Raspberry Jam
100ml Soda Water
Ice

 

GARNISH

Lemon Wedge

 
METHOD

• Add 25ml Gin, 25ml Lemon Cordial // Juice and 2/3 Tablespoons of Raspberry Jam to the Shaker
• Mix with a spoon to mix it together
• Add Ice to the shaker and a further 25ml Gin & 25ml Lemon Cordial then shake together
• Pour into the glass to coat the bottom of the glass
• Top up with Soda Water
• Garnish with Lemon Wedge
