Cocktail Hour: Frozen Midori Spider Kiss 

If you’re celebrating this spooky season impress your guests with the Frozen Midori Spider Kiss cocktail. Here’s what you’ll need:

 
INGREDIENTS

Midori
Grenadine
Soda Water
Pineapple Juice
Lime Juice
Chocolate

 
METHOD
• Pour 3 oz of Midori into a bowl or mixer.
• Add half a glass of pineapple juice and half a glass of soda water.
• Mix in a dash of lime juice, then freeze for 4-5 hours.

 
While the liquid is freezing, melt a chocolate bar in a bowl of hot water. Once melted, cut a small hole in the packet and draw a spiderweb on your cocktail glasses.

Once the liquid is frozen, blend it with a dash of soda water. Add a shot of grenadine to the bottom of the cocktail glass, then pour the frozen mixture on top. Enjoy the spooky vibes!
