Ingredients
30ml Midori
90ml (warm) Apple Juice
10ml Lime Juice

 

Add the desired amount of ice to a copper mug or glass, add the vodka and lime juice, top with ginger beer. Garnish with the lime wedge and, if desired, a sprig of mint.
